Kim Matthews - BROKER ASSOCIATE

Kim Matthews has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1997. Her dedication to continuing education and professionalism has made her one of South Carolinas leaders in the field of professional real estate education. Her experience in management and real estate brokerage has helped Kim design courses to teach skills that are relevant in todays real estate industry. She has earned her GRI designation, SFR designation, and was awarded the SC certification of Professionalism. Currently she serves on the board of the Beaufort-Jasper Realtor Association and as a the region 2 vice president at the SC State Association. She held the position as regional director for the Real Estate Education Foundation and she is the Past President of the Sumter Board of Realtors. She serves on the SC Grievance committee , the SC professional Standards committee and has served on the SC Realtors executive board. She is a past graduate of the SC Realtors leadership program and served as its group chair in 2018.
